Hi, I’m Irene Kachel.  I have many titles and do many things.  One of my favorites things to do is help women that want to change their lives and who are dedicated to making a difference.

Before my coaching business, I had a great salary, owned my home and my husband was the stay-at-home parent.  Life was perfect – so I thought.

I loved my 9-5 job until I watched my son go off to his first day of Kindergarten. He was a confident wonderful little guy with an amazing personality and I was missing out.  He was growing up so fast.  I worked early morning and late into the evening.  I had to rethink my priorities – I didn’t want to miss another moment of his life.

I had big dreams, but no idea how to make them a reality. I wanted it all: work for myself and still maintain my 6 figure income. I didn’t know what I was doing or how I would get it done but I had to – for my son and for my family.

I started my business and had a small team working for me.  I loved the freedom to be the volunteer mom during the day. I spent every day taking my son to school, volunteering in his classroom, being there after school and driving him to all of his sporting events.  I scheduled clients around him and it was awesome.  I wasn’t missing a thing!

Now I have my own coaching business and get to help other people pursue their dreams too.  I can work from anywhere, at any time and my priority is still my family.  No matter what you’d like to change or achieve, the secrets to success are the same and I can help you get there.
